Places
are awarded on first come first served basis. There are 40
gates for each class, after that bookings are for the reserve
list.
If a space is not needed, please contact the Bookings Secretary
who will remove it from the database. 1st reserve then gets
the gate etc. If you abuse the system - block book and don't
attend
the meetings, you will be dropped from the booking system.
